Going extra mile
I have known Bee Leng through my husband. She had been silently but consistently sending birthday and CNY cards to him since he was about 19 years old. Back then, my husband merely bought one CPF investment policy from Bee Leng. Over the years, Bee Leng continued sending cards to my husband. It was because of her gesture, my husband remembered her after 30 years, when we wanted to purchase more policies. You see, we had disappointment in the previous agent serving us, mainly because the reply were frequently few days later after my whatssap, sometimes calling and she was overseas. The client-agent relationship was more like a passive one. We called Bee Leng through the number printed on her greeting cards. She came with Estelle. Boom! Things just escalated so fast. They were prompt in delivering their commitments, I could reach them through whatssap or calling them. I knew they can be trusted with providing knowledge to us. Even though some policies were not under Bee Leng, she helped me in claiming the insurance for my younger son though the hospitalised case was a few years ago. Bee Leng and Estelle could assist me to claim further monies, albeit my agent said it couldn't be done. Now, I've changed most of my policies from that agent to Bee Leng and Estelle. They gladly took over although they do not have commission, took initiative to do summary for my whole family, including those from other insurer. They went the extra mile and I'm truly appreciative of their sincere concern in advising us matters regarding insurance. Thank you Bee Leng and Estelle!

5-stars consultants
Bee Leng and her daughter are 5-stars consultants. There is nothing I would pick on, especially their service. Even though I have known Bee Leng for over 20 years, I did support my friends and other agents, but unlike Bee Leng, some didn't stay long enough in the industry to service our policies while some are no longer in contact.
I give Bee Leng and her daughter many many likes for being responsible and reliable.

Reliable, compassionate and trustworthy
Dear Bee Leng & Estelle
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the exceptional service you both have provided me with over the past years. Always willing to go the extra miles.
Your knowledge and expertise are also highly valued. From the beginning, you have taken the time to explain complex insurance terms in a way that is easy for me to understand, which has been immensely helpful.
When it came time to file a claim, I was grateful for the guidance and support you provided. You made sure that I had all the necessary information and documentation, and helped me navigate the claims process with ease.
Finally, I have been impressed with your responsiveness. You always respond quickly to my inquiries, and I feel like you genuinely care about addressing any concerns I may have. This level of customer service is rare these days, and it has not gone unnoticed.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the excellent service both of you have provided and a big thank you for being such a reliable, compassionate and trustworthy insurance agent to my whole family

Guardian angel to us
We are so thankful that for an administrative error almost 10 years ago that allowed Bee Leng to cross paths with us. Since then, she has been providing us with the highest standard of service, with such a big heart and gentle soul. Our family had multiple health issues such as cancer and emergency surgeries, and Bee Leng has been so supportive throughout. Her promptness and urgency in filing paperwork for our bills has allowed us to fully concentrate on recovery. We had false emergencies in the middle of the night, calling her at 3am to confirm our hospital coverage etc. She always answers our calls immediately with a concerned voice, and explains patiently to us. Bee Leng only recommends and customizes the most beneficial plans for us, she has never pressured us into purchasing plans for her own benefit. Thank you Bee Leng, you have been like a guardian angel to us ❤️

Strongly recommend!
Our family has known Bee Leng for almost 30 years when she first assisted my parents with their insurance plans in 1994.
Throughout the years, our family feel that Bee Leng’s dedication to her clients and career roots deeply from her sincere passion to help people achieve a better quality of life. Her excellent service has been recommended to our extended family too! I personally had been hospitalised thrice and each time she met me personally to assist me in getting the necessary documents ready. Despite her large pool of clients, she is always prompt, efficient to deliver and never fails to make one feel assured.
Moving forward, Bee Leng’s daughter Estelle is an excellent complement in this dynamic duo. Whenever it comes to our financial/insurance review, we are impressed by the way she present our current insurance overview. We are grateful for their help over the years to help our family overcome stressful situations, and also able to call them our friends.
We strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a planner for their insurance and financial needs.

Responsive and Responsible
I've known Bee Leng for 20 over years, she was doing cold call at Boon Lay Mrt station the first time I had met her. From me alone, a single young man, buying insurance from her till I get married and settled down as a family man with 2 kids...its a long journey friendship between an insurance agent and ourselves i guess.
She is clear in what she is recommending and leaves no room for doubts. She is responsive and always do her best to set up convenient times for us during reviews or any insurance related issue. Certainly, there are emergency periods in regards to health for my family. She is always there to guide us through the claiming process which serves the whole purpose of buying insurance, within the policy conditions.
I always tell my wife and kids, I think we are lucky to meet such a responsible insurance agent. Blessed.
Thank you BeeLeng.
We have aged gracefully and I am grateful of having you as my family insurance agent/friend. Do Stay healthy

Supportive agents
I had known Bee Leng for more than 15 years. She came across to me as a very responsible and reliable insurance agent that has excellent communication skills. She will not promote any product that is not to our benefit and certainly not persistence in promoting any products for her to close any deal.
She will listen attentive to our needs, ensuring that she understand our needs, before proceeding to make several recommendations for us to have a better choice in selecting what is best for us.
Ultimately, in my opinion she is the sort of person that can provide sharing and moral support for any unpleasant situation that arises and even rendering physical help if needed too.
Her daughter, Chua Kai Jin (Estelle), she is young and friendly, able to extend the same support as Bee Leng as well.
I am glad to know them as friends and also as agents that would not hesitate to render their help in any dire situations.

Always contactable and response at the soonest
I've known Bee Leng since I was a child when my parents started purchasing insurance from her. Have recommended my in laws who does not believe in insurance in the past to her, and they have since believed that insurance is essential in times of unforseen circumstances. As a mother now, my kids insurance are also purchased from her.
She is always contactable and response at the soonest to my enquires. Bee Leng is patient and guided me the process and everything went smoothly from admission to discharged.

Dedicated, experienced and talented agents
Estelle and her mother (Bee Leng) have always taken care to assess my needs and provided suitable proposals, enabling me to achieve my financial goals. She has always explained the products proposed in details, and took time to clear up any doubt I may have had.
Overall, she has efficiently addressed my insurance requirements and provided exceptionally friendly service. She enabled me to acquire the peace of mind needed to focus on developing my business knowing that my family will have the protection required in the future.
In Singapore, AIA is famous throughout the industry for treating his customers well and this is indeed thanks to the work of dedicated, experienced and talented persons such as Estelle Chua. I have often recommended Estelle to close friends and they have been equally satisfied with the quality and professionalism of her services.

With such trusty insurance agent, I feel a sense of relief in case of any emergency. Appreciate her professionalism and proactive support!
Really appreciated Bee Leng support recently when I suffered a sudden and sever pain on my back. When I called her, she give me a clear instruction which hospital to go and how to register under AIA insurance coverage, she even called the hospital to confirm the availability of bed. The entire process from registration to admission to the ward was so smooth. Bee Leng also made follow up call to check after my discharge. Now I am fully recovered and really appreciated her professionalism and proactive support! The take away is that with such trusty insurance agent, I feel a sense of relief in case of any emergency! Call her now if you need any help on insurance!

Sincere, caring, helpful and assuring nature
We’ve known Bee Leng for many years now. Although we first knew her as an Insurance Agent, our relationship has grown strong and well that she’s now one of our very trusted friend. Many would know that in life there are friends and there are real friends. Bee Leng is of the latter. There are many adjectives to describe Bee Leng such as thoughtful, kind, warm, cheerful, positive, but her sincere, caring, helpful and assuring nature are the ones that stands out the most. She’s been there for us whenever we needed her both as a friend and the agent. She would come to our help at a very short notice. She’s been absolutely reliable that I do not have to worry about what I could ask of her when in need. Thanks Bee Leng for your friendship we treasure it and wish many more will find you just like us!

Excellent service. Fast and efficient.
We would like to express our gratitude towards Bee Leng for taking great care of our insurance over the past 13yrs.
Whenever I have doubts and needed her help, she will always be there or even if she missed my call, she will definitely return my call ASAP and explain to me in details and I have never need to worry about my entitlement or claims.
Insurance products are more or less the same, but what makes it difference is the insurance agent. Most of my friends and colleagues don’t even know who is their agent (cos keep changing) so they don’t know what they should do or what options they have, when things happen.
Thank you once for your excellent service, Bee Leng, and we will definitely continue this good relationship with you and your daughter :)

Strongly recommend this mother-daughter duo
Kaijin (Estelle) and I are good friends since Sec Sch, I have always known that she wants to be an insurance agent since younger days due to her mother (Bee Leng)'s influence. I am very thankful for the both of them for being my insurance agents as they recommended the policies that are suitable for me and are always there whenever I need them. Even when I have the slightest queries about my policies, they are always available to explain to me, no matter how late the day might be. This reassured me a lot and I strongly recommend this mother-daughter duo to anybody anyday due to their good attitude, commitment and passion towards their job.

Friendly and approachable
I met Bee Leng in year 2000. She is very friendly and approachable. Because of her excellent service, I have been her loyal customer for more than 20 years. She is in charge of my wife and children policies too. Whenever possible, I'll always refer friends and family around me to her as I truly understand the importance of having a professional agent. When I got into traffic accident, Bee Leng helped with all my claims. As I was just casually telling her that my children had dengue, she immediately told me to prepare all receipts for her to do claim submissions. I am very grateful to have her and her daughter to service my family's policies.

Professional and Patient
I would like to express my appreciation to Bee Leng (financial advisor from AIA). I was looking to get a life plan for my son as I understand how important it is to be insured after a health scare earlier this year. So, my brother introduced Bee Leng to me. He always compliments how responsible Bee Leng is and her efficiency when responding to his query. So, I approached Bee Leng to seek her advice on the suitable products based on my budget.
On the day of meeting, she came prepared with all the information and even explained the product in depth. She reviewed my existing policies and suggested ways to be better covered. Not only that, she is able to address all my queries very professionally. I was very impressed that I signed up for the plan with her immediately. Till now, she is still very patient when I have questions on my policies, even after sales.
I am fully impressed by her professionalism. Keep up the good work!
